A capability showcase: replacing a sprawl of manual hand-offs and spreadsheets in a logistics operation with an event-driven workflow engine that orchestrates routing, exceptions, and reporting end-to-end.

Capability Showcase
Logistics ops live and die by hand-offs — between WMS, TMS, carriers, and customer portals. When those hand-offs are email + spreadsheets, every shipment is one typo away from a costly exception, and the operations manager spends the day reconciling instead of optimizing.
We build a typed workflow engine that subscribes to system events, routes them through declarative process definitions, and surfaces only true exceptions to humans. Every step is idempotent and replayable, so a misconfigured carrier API doesn't take down the dispatch board.
Shipments flow without human intervention on the happy path. Exception handling becomes triage, not data entry. The team finally has the bandwidth to negotiate carrier rates instead of chasing missing tracking numbers.
This is an illustrative capability showcase — not a real client engagement. The scenario is a composite of common workflow automationchallenges; the architecture and approach are what we deliver in practice, but the figures are realistic targets rather than measured results from a specific project. We don't name clients or use their data without written permission.
