These terms set out how our products and website may be used.

What you can expect from the systems we run, and what we expect of you. If anything is unclear, email support@nukesai.com. Effective 3 September 2026.

1. Who we are

Nukes AI & Software Solution ("we", "us", "our") is a sole proprietorship building applied AI systems, automation and software for production teams. By using this website, opening an account or calling our services, you accept these terms.

2. Scope

These terms cover visitors to this website, people using our tools and dashboards, and clients under an active engagement. They do not cover third-party models or services reached through our platform.

3. Eligibility

By using this site and our services you confirm that you are at least 18, and that your use of the systems we provide complies with the laws that apply.

4. Services & usage rights

Once an engagement starts or an account opens, you get a non-exclusive right to use our tools. You keep ownership of what you put in, and we assign you the rights in the outputs those tools produce, provided you keep to these terms.

5. Payments & refunds

Fees are set out in the engagement documents or on this site and handled by third-party processors. Because compute is spent the moment a run starts, consumed capacity is non-refundable unless the law says otherwise.

6. Accounts & access

Access to our tools needs an account, and you are responsible for keeping its credentials confidential. Sharing access beyond the people it was agreed for, or scraping the interface with automated clients, is not permitted.

7. Intellectual property

Our software, pipelines, evaluation harnesses and brand remain ours. Using the service does not transfer ownership of the underlying technology, the weights we train, or anything built beforehand.

8. Prohibited uses

Do not use our systems to produce harmful or deceptive material, to pass generated output off as human work where that matters, or to reverse-engineer the models.

9. Availability & accuracy

We build for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Model output can be wrong or skewed by the data behind it, and anything a decision rests on should be checked first.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided as they stand, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated output will be unique, or that it will be fit for a particular legal, clinical or financial purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on generated output, and our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid us for that work. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nukes AI & Software Solution against claims, damages and costs arising from the material you generate with our tools, or from your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by India, and the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless consumer rules where you live give you a forum you cannot waive.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the systems, and the rules around them, change. Revisions are posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use our products after that means you accept them.
