1. Corporate identity

Nukes AI & Software Solution ("the business") is a sole proprietorship building applied artificial intelligence, automation and software for teams that run them in production. This page carries its registered details and the formal contacts.

2. Business registration

The business is a sole proprietorship operating under the laws of India since 8 May 2026, and holds goods and services tax registration in Uttar Pradesh. Its activities follow the standards that apply to digital service providers and software vendors.

3. Registered address

For formal notices, service of process and official correspondence, our registered office is Villa 8, Trinity Triwoods, Sunpura, Dadri, Greater Noida 2013011, Uttar Pradesh, India. Post sent anywhere else may not reach the people who have to see it.

5. Authorised representation

The business is represented by its proprietor, who is its sole authorised signatory. Agreements that bind it must carry that signature; a statement made by anyone else does not commit the business to anything.

6. Tax identification

The business is registered for tax in India under GSTIN 09JHDPK3290M1ZQ, which is quoted on every invoice it issues. Tax is applied to invoices and to transactions wherever local or client-country rules require it to be.

7. Regulatory compliance

We work to the rules governing artificial intelligence, data protection and electronic commerce in India: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000. The GDPR applies where an EU or UK data subject brings it into scope.

8. Intellectual property assets

The name Nukes AI and our wordmark are used as trademarks of the business. Our written material and the architecture of the systems we build are protected by copyright. Use of our identity without written permission is not something we overlook.

9. Limitation of liability

Liability to clients and to third parties is bounded by our terms of service, which cap it at the fees paid for the work in question, and by the limits written into each engagement. No wider assurance is offered here.

10. Consumer disputes

Write to us first: in practice most disagreements are settled faster that way. Failing that, the Consumer Protection Act 2019 gives consumers in India the National Consumer Helpline and the e-Daakhil portal.

11. Hosting and infrastructure

Our platform, and the systems we operate for clients, run on third-party cloud infrastructure. We manage the software and the deployments; the physical machines sit in the providers’ own secured data centres.

12. Accuracy of these details

We make every effort to keep the information published here accurate and current. The business is not liable for errors or omissions in the information on this page, and we correct them as soon as we are told.

13. Governing law

The legal standing and the acts of Nukes AI & Software Solution are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

14. Updates to legal status

We may change our registered address, our tax registration or how the business is represented. A change of that kind is updated on this page once it takes effect in the relevant public register.
