Privacy & Data Use

How we collect, use and guard your data — with a bias toward clarity, control and careful handling.

A strongbox closed and latched, one line of light along its seam

This page explains what we collect, and how we look after it.

What you can expect from the way we handle your data, and what we expect of you. If unclear, email support@nukesai.com. Effective 3 September 2026.
1. Who we are

Nukes AI & Software Solution ("we", "us", "our") builds applied AI systems. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used, and what becomes of it when you use our services.

Contact: support@nukesai.com

2. Information we collect

We collect what you give us directly — your name, work email and account details — and the inputs you send our systems to process. We also record technical data such as IP address, device type and usage patterns, gathered automatically through cookies and server logs as you browse.

3. How we use your data

We use your information to run and improve the services, to handle billing, to answer support requests, and to send the product updates you asked for. Your inputs are used to produce your outputs. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

4. Training & your inputs

By default we do not use client inputs to train general-purpose models, and never without a written agreement. Aggregate operational metadata may keep the systems fast, safe and reliable for every client.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We share data with the processors that make the service work — cloud hosting, analytics, payment handling, error monitoring and email delivery — under contract and only for those purposes. We also disclose it where the law requires it.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information and run history for as long as your account is open, or as long as delivering the work requires, and then for the period our tax and contract obligations set. You can ask us to delete it at any point.

7. Security

We protect what you send with encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access, audit logging and regular review. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is ever completely secure.

8. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may access the personal data we hold, correct or complete it, have it erased, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. EEA and UK residents also hold their GDPR rights.

9. Cookies & tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how pages are used. It sets first-party cookies in your browser: off by default in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, on elsewhere. You can block or clear them in your browser at any time.

10. Third-party links

Our site and our dashboards link out to services we do not run. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites, and we would encourage you to read their policies.

11. Children’s privacy

Our services are built for business use and are not directed at anyone under 18. The DPDP Act 2023 allows a child’s data only on verifiable parental consent; we do not seek that consent, and any child’s data found is deleted.

12. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate. Under the DPDP Act 2023 such transfers are open except to countries the government restricts by notification.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the services change, or as the rules around data protection do. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date, and material changes are notified by email.

14. Grievance Officer

Grievances go to our Grievance Officer:
support@nukesai.com
With Grievance in the subject line, we acknowledge in 24 hours and answer in 15 days.

15. Compliance

We process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000, and report security incidents to CERT-In within the timelines set for them. This page is information, not legal advice.
