A capability showcase: a zero-to-launch multi-tenant e-commerce analytics platform built on event-driven architecture, designed to ingest and surface insights across thousands of merchants without per-tenant degradation.

Most analytics products buckle the moment a single tenant lights up Black-Friday traffic. Noisy-neighbor effects, runaway queries, and brittle ETL jobs turn a six-figure SaaS into a 24/7 oncall problem.
We architect tenant-isolated query lanes on top of a columnar warehouse, with materialized views, async ingestion, and per-tenant rate limits enforced at the edge. The dashboard layer streams via WebSocket, so a merchant sees orders update without a refresh — and a noisy tenant cannot starve a quiet one.
The system absorbs traffic spikes without operator intervention, and the cost of onboarding the next thousand tenants is mostly automation, not headcount. Engineering time shifts from incident response to feature work.
This is an illustrative capability showcase — not a real client engagement. The scenario is a composite of common saas developmentchallenges; the architecture and approach are what we deliver in practice, but the figures are realistic targets rather than measured results from a specific project. We don't name clients or use their data without written permission.
